Question: Does transubstantiation occur at any of the church’s re-enactment of the Last Supper, even if they do not believe in transubstantiation?

God’s answer:

Their hands must be blessed.

Meaning: God is referring to the anointing of hands done during a priest’s ordination. In researching about this, it would seem that this is only done in the Catholic Church. Although, there may be some instances where the Church of England did this as well, as so stated in an article by David Wheaton, Give me oil on my hands, make me Roman...40

Question: Can you please explain why their hands must be blessed?

God’s answer:

Their hands are filled.
I accept My sacrifice in their hands
This is a timeless tradition.

Meaning: God is referring to ritual of the ordination of Hebrew priest called “filling of the hands”. As part of God’s instruction to Moses on consecrating Aaron and his sons to become priest, their hands were filled with the sacrifice, this symbolizes that they are authorized to make sacrifices that are acceptable to God.

"A term denoting Consecration, speaking of consecrating the Cohen, "you shall consecrate (lit. "fill the hands") of Aaron and his sons Exodus 29:9 Consecrating the Cohen was filling the hands of the Cohen with sacrifices, i.e. giving him authority to minister. See Exodus 32:29; 1 Chronicles 29: 5; Leviticus 8:22"41

"The placing of the meat in their hands (Arron and his sons) (Exodus 29) was considered an essential part of the ceremony of consecration, whence the expression filling the hand has been considered identical with consecrating."42

Likewise, according to God, the anointing of the hands of the catholic priest during his ordination is the equivalent of the “filling of hands” of the Hebrew priest. Their hands are filled with sacrifice of Jesus Christ, and they are given the authority to make this sacrifice which is acceptable to God.
